Why am I losing channels and my bill is the same price? I am highly disappointed. Our "local" office closed down. I have to buy a money gram from Wal-Mart. Very disappointed with losing our favorite channels and customer service is not helpful AT ALL. The last one acted as if she couldn't see what packages I have. I'm fed up with this.
