Broadband Internet from AT&T Wi-Fi

AT&T currently offers high speed internet connections through wireless hot spotsbroadband internet hot spots, the consumer will need to have an Ethernet card and access to an AT&T or AT&T Partner hot spot. Partners currently include many McDonald’s, Barnes & Noble book stores, and many restaurants and airports.

AT&T Wi-Fi Connection Plans

AT&T has three plans from which the consumer can choose, based on their individual needs.

-                    AT&T Wi-Fi Basic – This plan is available, at no cost, to all AT&T U-Verse and AT&T DSL customers, for all speed plans.

-                    AT&T Wi-Fi Premier – This plan is available to anyone; the consumer does not need to be a subscriber to AT&T U-Verse or AT&T DSL. Offers Wireless internet access at all AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots, Starbucks locations, and partner hot spots.

-                    AT&T Wi-Fi On the Spot – The On the Spot plan is available to any consumer, not just those who have regular AT&T internet service. Prices are per session and connections are at AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots and Starbucks locations.
