My upload speeds with Cox are higher than my download speeds with CenturyLink. CenturyLink should only be used if you have nothing else available in your area. In addition to slow speeds, it's also not dependably available.

Service was not activated when it was scheduled to be, after 3 hours in the phone with multiple customer service agents nothing was done. One of them even had the audacity to tell me no sir everything should be fine and working perfectly... I’m even writing this review now while on hold trying to get a technician to come to the house for support after one of the “agents” said one would be scheduled for today. Turns out she scheduled it for next week after telling me he would arive at 8am... please don’t use this dumpster fire of a company
