Verified User

I had to cancel my internet because it becoming expensive. They will lure you to a low price then after few months it will increase in price tremendously. They say you can cancel anytime but even if you cancel you still have to pay the whole billing cycle. I ask for prorate but they say they don't do pro-rating.
