Charter Internet® Express - The Express tier offers download speeds of 12 Mbps, extra bursts of speed with PowerBoost®, 10 email accounts, automatic virus, hacker, and spam detection, access to watch free sports online with ESPN3.com, and exclusive content on Charter.net. This tier works well for the intermediate internet user.

Charter Internet® Plus - The Plus tier provides download speeds of 18 Mbps, extra bursts of speed with PowerBoost®, 10 email accounts, automatic virus, hacker, and spam detection, access to watch free sports online with ESPN3.com, and exclusive content on Charter.net. This tier works well for the advanced user, uploading and downloading a lot of files, and online gaming.
