I was a Spectrum customer for 8 years. The service was very pricey and the rates kept going up. When I called to ask for a deal they told me there was not one. When I cancelled they charged me for the whole month even though I stopped using it and had all equipment returned within 2 weeks. The service itself was constantly going in and out and very unreliable. We would frequently have long outages, even on days with nice weather. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. The service people who came to fix things could not get it working and kept complaining that the last service tech screwed things up. All in all I am glad to be done with them.
