Worst customer service ever. It took 4 tries just to get me the right equipment. The bill for basic cable service just kept increasing and increasing and increasing. I've delt with intermittent outages which Spectrum NEVER offers to discount for, but they expect full payment regardless. After this last increase I downgraded to just internet. Much to my surprise they don't pro-rate billing so even though I have no cable service I still have to pay for it for an entire month. (over $200.00) If I could give a negative stars rating I would. I will be researching and looking for a better alternative so that I can switch internet providers as well. I cannot wait until I can finally say good riddance.
