Akron Residential Internet Coverage

Whether you need residential or business internet in the city of Akron, you can choose from a number of fast and reliable options.

One of the biggest and well known internet service providers in this area is AT&T, which offers both DSL internet and fiber internet throughout Akron. DSL has a larger network, but the fiber network is growing steadily. Service runs from Fairlawn Heights in the west to Ellet in the east, stretching from the northern neighborhood of Merriman Valley to the southern neighborhood of Firestone Park.

Several western Akron neighborhoods are within the service area of Frontier Communications. Neighborhoods with access to Frontier Communications service include Highland Square, Wallhaven, Lane-Wooster, and Rolling Acres.
