Customer reviews of internet providers in Eugene

XFINITY

Will cut my service monthly. Over three times to get it back up I need to wait in a call for over 10 minutes. Get hung up on. Call again, talk to someone who can't help me. Then on my third attempt after an hour of the typical "Turn it off turn it on again." Or waiting. I will finally get someone who will take 10 minutes and reset the connection on their end.

This service is unreliable. Drops signal on the avg. of 4 times a week. This has me unplugging the router to gain access to the internet quicker. I do not recommend. Looking into a better internet provider right now.

If you have any other alternative for internet service choose it. Spectrum reliability is pitiful and I know because we also have service from TDS in Central Oregon. I don’t ever remember losing our Internet service with TDS. And yet almost weekly we will be watching a steaming show via Spectrum internet services and our service will simply drop. I think this may be the first negative review I’ve ever posted but Spectrum has “earned” this response.
