My internet goes out at least 3x a day. I full-on lose connection several times a week. It negatively impacts my ability to work at home. We pay for fast speeds and receive next to nothing. I would not recommend xfinity to anyone, but it stinks because there's little else available in my area. They know they're all we have so they don't bother to provide decent service.

I regret changing to Ziply! Ziply does not offer Cable as Frontier did. We switched from Xfinity due Frontier's grest service reputation. Ziply does not offer the services Frontier did and customer service is mediocre. We tried streaming platforms and found them to be clunky, slow and limiting. Ziply is a DISSAPOINTMENT.
