Pay for 1Gig service, but only get 200 Mbps. Once installed the signal is great, then hour later it drops off and company says is is your equipment. Streaming channels drop off, zoom calls lag or freeze, VOIP calls drop, downloads time out due to slow speed

I have been with Charter as my cable and internet provider for just under three years and they have continuously and consecutively raised there prices. I returned there cable box and asked to downgrade to basic cable and was told they cannot do that so cancelled cable and just kept internet only within just a few months the internet rates increased two times, so needles to say I am considering other options.
