T-Mobile takes the top spot for overall customer satisfaction in our latest survey. In fact, it ranks the highest in three out of five categories and only falls one notch in speed and reliability satisfaction. The customers have spoken, and T-Mobile's fixed wireless internet can't be beat.
Xfinity reigns as the speed satisfaction king in our survey, while Verizon earns the top spot for reliability. Optimum ranks in the bottom half of every category—rock bottom out of 15 providers for customer service and price satisfaction. Meanwhile, Frontier ranks slightly better than Optimum except in speed satisfaction, where Optimum pulls ahead by just a smidge.
