I have been with Centurylink for almost ten years. Over the years there have only been a couple of instances with my service, weather related, squirrel damage, and an upgrade to fiberoptics. A little hard to get to a real person but when you do there has never been an unpleasant exchange and the issue always resolved in a positive way. All in all a very nice company to do business with.

Used to be dependable but they changed there system last year and automation took over. Bonded DSL now goes down every 1-3 weeks and It's always a glitch in thier system. It was rock solid for years with only an outage a couple times a year usually during weather/power events. Multiple times set appointment time and never got a corresponding text or email. When will they learn that AI and canned troubleshooting scripts aren't the answer.

I had a complex issue concerning retrieval of a previous phone number for my elderly mother. DeeDee worked hard to find an answer. She is an asset to that company

Our service went downcast Saturday around noon, Monday they said it would be fixed by days end, every day now they have pushed back that time, it's now been 8 days. They say it will be fixed today by days end, highly doubt it, yet they want full payment for service, What Service? One third of the month is gone and no service but the charges roll on. This is the longest but far from the only multi-day outage experienced, service? They don't know the meaning!

I don't care how far it can go. I want to know how slow it will go. 1.5 download and 0.0 for upload on a slow day - which seems to be often is unacceptable. And turning my router off and on is not the answer.

It's the fastest i can get. It streams okay just wish intenet was faster. Annoying sometimes but I can deal with it.

The pricing would be okay, if they wouldn’t caused me more money by missing work due to freaking outages! This company had more outages than any other company I’ve been with! This is ridiculous, I would not recommend them especially if you work from home!

At least once or twice a month I lose internet to my tv. I never get reimbursed for this and no one seems to know why the internet is down
