Does Gateway Fiber have equipment fees?
There’s no charge for your fiber ONT (modem) and your first Plume mesh networking unit (router). However, additional Plume units for expanding your Wi-Fi network are available for $5 each per month.
So, Gateway Fiber also has phone service?
Yes, Gateway Fiber has a VoIP phone service you can add at checkout. The cost for phone service is an extra $15 per month no matter what internet plan you choose. You can keep your existing phone number or get a new one at no additional cost—it’s up to you.
Gateway Fiber does not offer mobile phone service at this time.
Will any streaming service I choose be included on my internet bill?
No, all streaming services are billed separately from your Gateway Fiber bill. The MyBundle service is free to use and designed to manage all your streaming services in one interface.
