High Speed Internet in Massachusetts
Finding a high speed internet service provider (ISP) isn't an easy process: not only do you need to look at different methods for delivering broadband connectivity, but you need to find ISPs that serve your area of Massachusetts. Maybe that's why only 40% of your fellow residents have regular access to high speed internet connections. Are you looking to join that number?
There are several different means of delivering broadband internet to consumers – cable, DSL, satellite, fiber-optic, wireless – but not all options are available in all areas of the state. Residents in the larger cities, like Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, and Cambridge are likely to have access to many different delivery options and ISPs. Even the second-tier cities – Brockton, New Bedford, Fall River, Lynn, Quincy – have many connectivity options. For those residents in the more rural area of the state, though, the options may be limited to satellite internet or dial-up connections.
In order to find ISPs serving your area, and for special internet-only deals, just enter your street address and zip code in the above box, then click "Check Availability." HighSpeedInternet.com will provide you with a list of ISPs for your neighborhood, along with different pricing and service tiers, ending your search for broadband internet. All you need do is compare plans and place your order for service.
Some of the internet service providers offering connectivity in Massachusetts are Verizon, Comcast, WildBlue Satellite, and Time Warner Cable ®, to name but a few. These ISPs are all offering special internet-only prices, all you need to do is check to see which one delivers high speed internet to your area.

"Worst possible billing department. It's a wonder they can function at all with so many departments that don't speak to each other."

March 30, 2013Okay but pricey
"Their basic "hi speed" internet is about $30 a month and is Okay at best, it feels like dial-up speeds, cuts out constantly, and if you occasionally want to check FB and want to watch nextflix on the lowest quality then this would be your choice, but if you use the internet for things like online gaming, watching hi-res videos (netflix, youtube HD), etc. your only choice is to upgrade to their $60 plan which is pretty fast and reliable, but i would look to cable companies like charter to get better pricing and speeds. These are my personal opinions and encounters, others may have different standpoints on the service."

March 12, 2013Ridiculously good.
"A great price for fantastic speeds. More bandwidth than we could ever use and we're very heavy users with online FPS-heavy gaming, 2 devices streaming video and frequent downloading (often all simultaneously), we've never had a problem. No issues with billing, but we have their electric as well and have had to deal with customer service on that account and have been satisfied. Getting connected is super-easy and free as long as you keep the service for a year. We LOVE EPB!"

March 05, 2013I got their internet a while back
"I have had their internet for a while. Jumped for it when I found out they first released it in my town. Hooked right up. A few hickups here and there but reliable internet. Their service tends to not work well with youtube as I can tell. I currently have their 12mb upgraded from 6mb. They have great deals. Upload is very poor for the download speed."

March 04, 2013Insight and their monopoly
"Insight is the devil. They have a monopoly in Louisville, KY and abuse it to the fullest. The speeds are unreliable at best (I've hardly had a connection for the past 12 hours) and prices outrageous. Louisville deserves options!"
