Access cable is one of the worst internet providers I have ever used, Consistent outages, and throttling are the majority of the experience. The help desk is good at what they do, but that is because they are a separate company, Within the month of January alone, we have had over 10 outages in 15 days, lasting between an hour to over 10 hours. Pick a different company.

I would say access cable internet is a good service sometimes speed can decrease and sometimes he can even get as low as 3 MBPS so

I really like Access Media 3, Inc. I live in a senior community where it is very hard to afford internet and satellite. They keep their prices low because we get senior discounts. They also keep us up and running except in inclement weather which happens occasionally. I am disabled and on a fixed income but they make my entertainment affordable for everyone in my building.
