My wife and I moved to AZ in 2018 and AireBeam was like the only faster internet provider in our area, we started with them with a Wireless provider, and when they got the Fiber Optic placed in, we now have 1gb service with is cheaper than any of the other companies for the same speed, which gives us 1gb down and 1gb up, we have only had one issue and it was not Airebeams fault, when a main trunk line got cut, by a contractor and we were down for a few Hrs, but so was the other providers.. I have not had any issues with customer service they have handled any call and helped me in any way I needed..

I was hesitent at first i never heard of them when i moved to Arizona City. Amazing response time. Placed the web order and got a call 2 hours later confirming and set my first install appointment. So far the speed is fast as promised! thanks again to kathy she was awesome

Don't bother with this one. Service is terrible customer service is worse. Won't fix and won't refund. Glad I only purchased one month
