Super slow internet speeds and it keeps crashing around 8pm I would not recommend getting this derives I only have it because it is all that is in my area

the tv and internet are constantly going out, or off the air, they always tell me to do this and that. people come out and all we ususally get is circles going round and round, horrible service and prices

my wife called in December to check on a reduced rate as we were going to AZ for a couple of months, who ever she talked to said yes there is a program. My wife said good we want to go on it for Jan and feb. now the first of feb she sees that the billing is for the full amount so she calls and inquires what happened, the lady she talks to says she does see anything in file, really since they didn't carry out our request there would be nothing. SO she doesn't go back and adjust anything just starts from today when she call. absolutely pathetic business policy, so we are liars and it couldn't be their employee just forgot to do it

They're nice people but often don't have solutions for internet outages and slow downs. They've tried a few different things but our home has many connections and it's difficult to get the speed we need.

Very happy with the performance: Smart TV and High Speed Wireless Internet. The Customer and Tech support can not be any more helpful! They make sure any question/issue is taken care of immediately.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. The Internet is great-when it actually works!! Half the time it doesn't work and there's no one there to help you. I've also had difficulty paying my bill over the phone, they entered my information too many times saying it didn't work causing multiple payments to come out and giving me overdraft fees to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
