Installer was friendly and professional. Service is only rarely actually down. There is no customer service available on nights or weekends. I pay for 15Mbps. Price is very high. (Lower if you sign a 3 year contract, but still high.) Service is much slower than advertised. I normally get 7Mbps off-peak, and 1.5Mbps during peak times.

Very poor customer service. Additional $2.00 fee to pay by check. Slower than previous provider. Did I say VERY POOR customer service.....
