The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, nothing but problems with the company for 12 years now, I stuck with them because they are local, that was a major mistake. I spoke with the owner of the company 2 1/2 months ago and he told me that he was going to check into my problem personally, well still haven't heard anything made a nother call back to them about 1 month ago and just received same runaround.
