Do not recommend, frequent down times, long periods waiting for techs or service restorations. Expect to spend at least an hour on the phone anytime you call. Customer service can only provide canned responses. They are the go between with AT&T techs and cannot provide any help. I work from home and frequently have to use PTO due to downtimes, time without pay, or have to buy data cards for hotspots. Typically takes 3-4 days for a tech to come out and they rarely fix the issue same day….another 2-3 days are then spent waiting to get you back on the calendar for tech to return.
