My problem came after visiting a FiberComm tech in a local store. I explained my problem. He told me to return the router to the office which I attempted. The office was still off limits due to covid. This was last week. The person I talked to from the car said no. I absolutely had to call tech. The way she told me was insulting. I left the lot.
