I think my ISP has some of the best customer services you can find. Usually, if they can't solve your problem on the phone, they always send a rep. As for doing better, some of the reps need to be better trained. Once a rep came out to fix a problem I had, he said he didn't know how. By that time I was frustrated with them and fixed the problem myself. Don't know how, just know I managed it.

Jackson Energy Authority provides excellent customer service. Whenever there is something wrong, they immediately respond to the situation.
