Fiber cable was broken by mowers. 2 customers out and they said they would send someone out in 2 weeks! Two Weeks! That is terrible customer service

Literally any time we have anything but sunny weather we lose our internet for an extraordinary amount of time (a day and a half at one point). We are given different answers as to what the issue is, or sometimes no answer at all. We never receive an ETA on a resolution and no one ever calls back like they say they will. Worst internet service I've ever had.

Easy to reach and good customer service. Rare outages and if it does occur, it's fixed quickly
