The address where I got my internet service is an hour away from their nearest office. When I canceled my service, they expected me to drive all the way out there, drop my stuff off, and drive all the way back home. No option to have someone pick it up, no option to even mail it. I'm not driving all the way out there with my three year old just to drop off a box for a crappy internet company. The only reason I even got their service is because I HAD TO. Apartment complex had a deal with them.

I'm very satisfied with the service. I don't think that they need to charge so much for just internet though.
