They are putting a data cap on in this may ( which is dumb when you get thirty mbs speed you have four hundred GB of data for a whole year) if it rains hard the net cuts in and out but it's shentel or Hughes (which has horrible speed)

My speed is not constant, it goes up and down and even go all the way down on a regular basis.
