We have had T-Mobile internet for a month and all is good. When I was questioning a couple of things, customer service was right there. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes, THATS A GREAT PLUS speaking to a person.

Very economical compared to Xfinity with the same speed. Fixed pricing so no more yearly battles when they raise our rates, sometimes up to 100%.

I have been without internet service for over 2 days now and was told they have 3 business days to correct and fix an issue. It will be 6 days without service before they even look at my issue with their policy. i use my internet for my door locks and security cams. They are the worst company when it comes to customer service.
