Started TWN's service in November 2022, internet + phone. They FORGOT to charge me for the phone and TAXES until April billing. Big bill in April and they expect me to pay "right now". Thinking of going back to Suddenlink/Optimum, after this experience the pricing difference is not enough to care.

The initial install was great; the techs went above and beyond to set up the modem exactly where I wanted it. The price could be better.
