I've had this internet company for over 10 years at this point(only because they're the sole provider for our area) their customer supports awful, not to mention the hoops you have to jump through just to talk to an actual person. The speeds are at best only 5%of what they advertise. I was without internet for a total of 2 months last year. Of which 3 weeks was consecutive. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention the price I pay for the speed I receive is atrocious. I would not recommend this service if you have multiple options.
