I've lived in Solon Springs Wisconsin since June 4 2021 Got into my apartment that September and I've been with astrea a couple of months after I moved in I have the highest speed for my Internet and have basic cable for my TV's I've never had a problem with the service at astrea except when the power was out and I plan stay with them too, thanks astrea for the great customer service

Better provider than spectrum thus far. In an apartment with a splitter. getting about 90%+ what I am paying for.

Reliability sucks. I've had multiple service outages this summer. Techs have been to my house 3 times and still have service outages. I live part of year 450 miles from the Summit Lake Wisconsin address so cant always reset my router when the system fails. Im looking for another ISP.
