I would rather not have internet at all than use them. Terrible service Terrible Internet No Warning when the bill is near, and you have to pay extra to get it turned back on. Terrible.

People's listed as 99% available in Emory - that isn't true. You may pay several thousand $$ to get it down the street to your house. I'd say fiber availability is less than 50%. They will offer line-of-sight Ignyte service instead in most cases, for twice the price/half the speed.

My internet is provided through the local telephone company and is my only real option for internet. My internet works fairly well most of the time. It sometimes stop working and I have to unplug the box from phone company and then plug it back up to get it to start working again. If I do have a service problem I call for service and they usually send someone out the same day.
