I’ve tried calling four separate times over two months n never got a person on the line n each time 45 minutes plus! Service is pretty good but customer service getting a live person on the phone is terrible!

Lied about pricing at sales, at installation, by email, and by phone. Price doubled in one year over promised price. Latency is horrible and lots of disconnections.

Absolutely the poorest quality TV. Very unreliable. Frequently will just go blank. It reminds me of the junior varsity trying to be big league. Never happen!!!

Have been with Vexus since they came to Lake Charles. Service is great with little or no interruptions. Speed and pricing are competitive with other local providers. Service and Tech Support are excellent.

started out having a few problems with sales person answering my calls ( got that taken care of ), but the techs that came out were great and tried to answer all my questions and even hooked up my new printer and Melody in the office was very helpful and caring, thanks guys and girl for all the help.

It's been 4 day since I put in a trouble ticket about speeds being throttled or slow in the evenings, with no response. During the day, it's good speed (though I have have not once reached advertised speed on a speed test) but in the evening it goes to crap.
