When the service works it is very good. If you have any kind of issue customer support is much less than helpful. They have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. For a communications company, their own customer support team has calls drop more than anyone - Either that or their employees just hang up on people all the time. More than half of the time, even when you do have a car that doesn’t get disconnected, the service request that I’ve been told were submitted were not actually submitted. I have spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to resolve one issue.
