So recently I upgraded to the New fiber Internet service by BrightSpeed. My service worked for 1 day. After calling and getting them aware of the service, immediately they began troubleshooting and trying to accommodate me for the problem. Although unbeknownst to myself, there was a fiber optic issue. After contacting my technician, he searched and confirmed there was an outage in this rural area. BrightSpeed sent out a new modem and wires for the box, and my technician Kemper xb03395 helped get everything set and programmed all by the time he got off. He definitely went above and beyond to assist and let me know, they stand by their work, equals service.

The worst. Horrid. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in all my years. It requires months for them them to repair a line. I am still without service after 4 tickets and all four appts the techs failed to show or call. I am searching for another carrier as I write this.

I had decent service with CenturyLink, but within just a couple of months of Brightspeed taking over, my internet speed dropped to less than half of what it was and the customer service is just non-existant.

When I had Century Link my service wasn’t great, but when Bright Speed took over the service got worse! I lose service each month for a day. I don’t get disconnected and I end up paying more on my phone bill for the extra data usage. I wish I had options.

Wish I could rate with a negative. I loved century link but Since they sold out to Bright speed there has been nothing but problems. And to top it off they are not open nights and weekends. Even with "Insurance" they still charge for everything. Avoid at all Costs. Get any provider besides Hughes net which is worse.

Bill is paid every month but seems like I spend more time without internet than with it!! Only reason I haven't canceled this sorry service is because no one else serves my area!!

I've spent over 3 hrs trying to get a new modem put into brightspeeds system and to no avail. they want 99 dollars to send a tech to check the line. nothing wrong with the line the old modem works fair. all they have to do is put the new modem into the system. They don't know how. if i could give a neg star i would

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and trying to get through the automated system to speak to someone is completely dysfunctional.

I would give a minus 10! Mbps is 1.10, ridiculously slow, and customer service is nearly nonexistent. They have a monopoly so I stuck with the jerks
