High Speed Internet in Spokane
As an up-to-date, savvy consumer, you know the importance of the internet in today's world; so many of the things that we do – from finding driving directions to comparison shopping to looking at real estate to keeping in touch with relatives, friends, and coworkers – involves internet connectivity. Actually, to be precise, it requires high speed internet connectivity – websites and applications no longer work well at dial-up connection speeds, a fact that you're well aware of, as you're still wrestling with the hassles of dial-up access yourself. Why is this? Why haven't you joined with your Spokane, Washington neighbors and friends in purchasing a broadband internet connection for your household?
You know that you need to make the technological leap to high speed connectivity – you've delayed for too long as it is, falling further and further behind in what you're able to access on the internet. Now's the perfect time for you to make the move – prices from internet service providers (ISPs) have never been lower and, thanks to this website, it's never been easier to find an ISP that serves your area of the city. All you need do is enter your address in the box, above, and then click the "Check Availability" button. That will trigger our specialized search program to sort through all of the ISPs delivering broadband access to Spokane and determine which ones offer service to that specific address. You can then view the results of the search, compare the ISP offers, and decide which will work best for your individual access needs.
Because most of today's high speed internet technologies – wireless, cable, satellite, fiber-optics – don't use the telephone network, you'll finally be free of the stresses and frustrations of dial-up connections: no longer will you be listening to repeat busy signals, agonizing over dropped connections, or apologizing for the missed phone calls. In fact, you will actually finally be able to be both online and talking on the phone at the same time!
You know that you're ready to download movies, upload photos, play games in real time, listen to internet radio shows, and engage in video chats with friends – and now's the perfect time to move from dreaming about those things to doing them in the real world. We're here and waiting to help – please, contact us to get started on your way to broadband internet connectivity, today.

May 17, 2012Fast Speeds, Good Service
"Installation is very involved because fiber cable is being run from the street all the way to the home. The process isn't difficult for the customer but a lot of work for the installers. Installers ran Ethernet throughout my home exactly where requested. Speeds have been awesome. I have 50M and never have any slowdowns or glitches."

May 17, 2012Great for gaming and solid upload/download speeds
"I have had DSL and Cable internet and cable clearly is the choice if you want a reliable download speed. I consistently pull 15+mbps down and 6+mbps up. We don't have the option of fiber optics in Salt Lake City. But the price of cable is hard to beat for the speed. "

May 12, 2012So so. Improved service, but seems expensive.
"Service has improved. We used to have many more outages and interruptions. Customer service has improved substantially. The telephone staff are still not pleasant to deal with overall. They can be haughty. The wait time has diminished considerably. It used to be h o u r s . Currently, the price seems exorbitant. I pay over $62 a month in total for high speed internet alone; no cable television or telephone in this amount. Am exploring other options. Unfortunately, there are too few. Would have switched providers long ago otherwise."

"Their DSL (512mb )is NOT fast enough to watch streaming video and they do NOT have anything faster available. The only thing good about it is that it is faster than dial-up. AND they have a monopoly on the service for my area... Disappointing--checking into satellite service...."

"In a nutshell, I have had the techs out to the house too many times. At one point, I pointed out that the techs had been out 6 times in two and half months and the customer service rep said that didn't seem like very many. We've had multiple problems and just when we think it is fully fixed, I now find out someone on their end has changed my log in phone number to my cell phone number and that's why I have been locked out of my account. And I had to find that out by taking a guess as to what the problem was since it has been 4 days since they "fixed" the log in problem. Once I was able to get into the account, I see they have reverted back to an old billing address that hasn't been used for 5 years. Pretty much bad service and technical issues since we began. Including one time when they sent our account to collections because they forwarded the wrong account number."

"My apartment forces me to use CenturyLink and the experience has been a mixed bag. Whenever I have had an issue it really depends on who answers the phone if I will get help or not. Much of their staff seems under-trained."

April 26, 2012Comcast is pretty good
"All in all, Comcast is pretty good. We have digital cable and phone via Comcast as well and we have less complaints than Verizon users seem to have. It can be expensive, but so is Verizon."

April 26, 2012If you have the choice, pick someone else!
"Comcast's speed is OK, unless its the evening or the weekend and then its really lagging. For the price its pretty bad. They are the only internet provider in our area so there isn't much else available. If you have the option to get them and someone else, pick someone else!"
