Goes out several times a day. Today I called to make a payment and I was told I could no longer do so over the phone. I have always paid with my debit card or check and never bounced. They state I must now go to the spectrum store which is a nightmare in itself and pay cash. Supervisor I spoke to would allow no other options. Way to treat your customers spectrum. I did nothing wrong and they are putting restrictions on my account like I'm some kind of criminal.
Their speed is mediocre at best. But their customer service is absolutely awful. They consistently no show on service calls and then make you wait 2 more weeks until a tech is available. The tech then acts like its your fault that the internet is broken. The only way to get help is via online chat, which doesn't make any sense when the internet goes out. It's the worst cable company I've ever had to deal with. If I had literally any other option for service I'd go with them.
