Our service is interrupted very frequently. I’m seriously considering cutting the cor and going with Starlink or someone else. I don’t feel I’m getting what I’m paying $250.00 per month for.

I have had nothing but problems with Xfinity! Their customer service, chat assistance is pathetic! It almost impossible to speak to a live person. Chat assistants are slow and continally asked you for information they should have access to. Very frustrated!

Jeremy, one of your techs, kept an appt. w/ me to "fix" my TV. He arrived on time, cured the problems, and was so kind & helpful. I appreciated his manner, and expertise so VERY MUCH!.He is a huge plus for your company!! S V
