Our service is interrupted very frequently. I’m seriously considering cutting the cor and going with Starlink or someone else. I don’t feel I’m getting what I’m paying $250.00 per month for.

Carlo is very respectful and he works on our internet and fixed all TV and internet. He is a good asset for Comcast. We appreciate him

I have had nothing but problems with Xfinity! Their customer service, chat assistance is pathetic! It almost impossible to speak to a live person. Chat assistants are slow and continally asked you for information they should have access to. Very frustrated!

Jeremy, one of your techs, kept an appt. w/ me to "fix" my TV. He arrived on time, cured the problems, and was so kind & helpful. I appreciated his manner, and expertise so VERY MUCH!.He is a huge plus for your company!! S V

horrible customer Service / like everyone else has said, impossible to get anyone on the phone... their prices are also poor and they raise prices to force you into a Contract...

Slow internet, picture freezes up, picture pixilated all the time. Will be changing to Windstream soon!
