I canceled Xfinity a month in advance. I also called the company to remind them not to charge me for the upcoming month. Xfinity is greedy and charged me anyway without providing internet service. It took me one hour to talk to the agent and get a rebate. However, upon getting a rebate, the amount was less than what they charged me. Xfinity is bad.

It’s like a night mare trying to get anything done with xfinity. They are cheating scammers. Don’t get xfinity Now for 20$ a month, they never give you the channels you pay for and they make you spend 2 hours trying to get it removed from your account. They are the absolute worst!!!

I pay for 1200 mb internet been getting 4-8% of that and keep rebooting box no help, TV is all pixel's and delays. Made appointment, they cancelled it on me. I called and asked why and they said due to an outage on the 28th and they assumed it was from that. NO I made the appointment on the 29th! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I pay $300 a month and getting no cable or internet.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Xfinity. My partner and I are off-campus college students who need wifi for school and no matter how many times we troubleshooted, our wifi wouldn't work at all. We successfully set up the modem after following the directions and the Xfinity app would say that we were online, but our own network wouldn't show up on any of our devices no matter what we did. Not only that, but random people from surrounding apartments were able to connect to our wifi even though we had a password that we didn't share with anybody. I can't tell you how many times we've restarted our modem, and even unplugged and plugged it back in. It's been extremely frustrating trying to get any assignments done while not being able to access our own wifi, let alone getting it to work properly in the first place. We've looked at all the help/advice online, tried chatting with Xfinity, and even tried getting connected to a real agent (we were on hold and were never able to reach one), but to no avail. We tried getting a service appointment set up for as soon as possible, but it was scheduled for A WEEK from now. We simply don't have the time to wait around. We have been at it for two days straight now, and we've decided to stop our service and return the modem in favor of finding a better service. I'm very disappointed and frankly just sad. Thank you for wasting our time with sub-par services and severely lacking customer service. To anyone thinking about using Xfinity, don't.

Customer service seems purposefully insulting. The individuals do their best bur xfinity must hamstring them so they are forced to do a insufficient job. They try to make you any communication via chat which is a poor method to communicate when you are trying to figure out why the service isn't working. They are clearly trying to communicate with multiple customers at once. A phone call would be much quicker, but it is a pain to reach a human (I talk to the bot and then after 15 minutes it hangs up on me). The chat quits trying to figure out the problem before they even ask the right questions and then they try to schedule a visit by a tech which will cost $100. Make them give you a phone call and they have the wrong department call (mobile phone) and it automatically disconnects the chat (even tho I told them repeatedly not to disconnect; it is continuously trying to end the chat by acting like you are not participating when you are actually waiting for the chat agent to get back to you.) It is horrible what xfinity does to these workers and to its customers.

I just can't begin to tell you how bad the xfinity website is. I've worked in IT for over 30 years, and truly - the Xfinity website is one of the absolute worst I've ever seen. It's hard to find things, it's slow, it can require 3-4 logins per session as you navigate, it errors out ALL THE TIME, I just tried to log in and it literally took about 7 minutes to get the two factor login code. So, so ridiculous. It's as if absolutely no one at Xfinity is looking over their amazingly bad website, or no one cares. There's not even a place to find a place to tell them how incredibly bad your website is.

I am in tears as I had an appointment this morning because I have not been able to use my internet service in over a week and because this morning my service appointment and I desperately need my service. I am a person with an intellectual and developmental disability and I have been trying to navigate this horrible phone system that xfinity has. It is absolutely disrespectful and it keeps people such as myself from being able to use the customer service. Xfinity is a company which is not viable to people with disabilities, the company is also inconsiderate to people with disabilities, this corporation is not flexible for customers. Xfinity does not try its best for customers as I said earlier I am in tears as I write this because I need the internet service I need it in order to perform job searches and to apply for jobs online as that is the only way to do so. I have very minimum service the service keeps going in and out or it moves extremely slowly. I needed help and I am desperate at this point as every time I call in the machine that answers would not let me get to a person to reschedule a visit for someone to come out to assess and try to fix this problem. Why is Xfinity allowed to operate this way in Massachusetts or even at all??
