Had to bury a line, which took 1.5 month. Damaged neighbors internet line when burying, and also my sprinkler system. 1 week later, still no response to the claim. Impossible to reach anyone. The absolute worst

Really don't like that you I can't speak to someone when we have an issue with billing or service. They have charged us shipping for a modem we rent from them. I've been reassured several times we wouldn't get charged and they charged us anyway. Now our local utility company is replacing natural gas lines and they cut the Xfinity line yesterday early afternoon. Avista informed them they cut the line. We have informed them that we have no internet, yet we have to wait until Friday for anybody to come out to fix the issue. So, we'll be without internet for 3 more days. Not a very reliable company whennut comes to quality internet service, especially for what they charge.

the worst company ever they told me to pay for the storm ready wifi equipment that i didn’t receive twice and now my bill is 497dollar i called customer service to resolve the problem nothing happened so now i have the 497 bill and suspended internet service!!

Absolutely worst company to deal with stay far far away from them. I’ve been trying to cancel for over two months and they keep billing me. Their customer support is horrible. I’ve talked over 10 different people about being canceled and they still have yet to do it.

I was totally hoodwinked by an Xfinity CS agent who led me to believe I was receiving an excellent price for the package I needed. Man was I ripped off. My mobile increased over $100 and my cable/internet bill dropped by $70 though I was told the overall savings would be in excess of $170. I overpaid my last months bill and rather than process an overpayment with a refund, like I was told by their CS agents, they waited u til the bill closed out to. Apply parts of the overage to the new bill. Cancelling everything tomorrow.

I've had them for three years, had a promotion for 400mpbs for $40 a month, went great. The second it ran out I've been having massive issues with them. I cannot change my plan online, it just loads forever on my phone not letting me go though. On my computer it asks to send an email to my account for verification. It never comes. I downgraded my plan to charge less but I STILL got charged the same amount as the higher mbps and only recieved the lesser. When I contacted them they said all looked like it should be. This service is a scam, taking your money and making it impossible to change your plan.

The absolute worst service. Their retention team called me to see if they could talk me into remaining a customer and then I have exactly the same issue less than 24 hours later. Don't call me again. I'm switching my service.

Terrible service. First, it is extremely difficult to speak to someone who can actually solve your problem. To cancel, be prepared to be available for 1 day and be very patient. To try to activate my internet, I spent 4 hours on the phone with someone and it didn't work. To resolve the issue of canceling my home internet and mobile phone, I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I had to go through 7 people on the phone explaining the situation to each one. They are quick to make plans, but slow to solve problems. Terrible operator. Terrible communication, information and resolution. I still have to deal with the cancellation of services!

They have a lot of internet outages, especially at night. It happened several times that the internet went off for several hours and one time happened all day. They seem to have a very bad system and customer service. I see prices and promotional offers online and on their app, and when I try to purchase those offers, the system gives me an error. I tried to call and chat with customer service several times and they seem to seem to different prices on the system which is very weird! ONE OF THE WORST!
