Worst service. The speed of the internet will be 1Mbps. I reached out to the customer several times but no use.

Me and my wife are 80 years old I told them I can only afford to pay $150 a month . They upped our package that we've had for years to $215 we can barely afford it but we bought this particular package because it had INSP on it because my wife watches the oldie movies Gunsmoke Cheyenne things like that. As of yesterday they took off that station and put it on another package so in order for my wife to get it they want me to pay even more money which we can't afford so now my wife isn't going to be able to watch TV but we're stuck in this contract. Why is Xfinity doing the elderly like this I don't understand and it's the only station my wife watches and I bought this package just for the station. If there's anyone out there who can help us please help

My Wife and I had a service appointment for today between 3:00-5:00. The tech sent an text that he was here, we were both here, and have a dog that barks at a blowing leaf. The tech didn't show up, and they rescheduled for tomorrow. We have been with them since 2015, and can't wait to move out and give them their crap back!!!!!

They don’t cater for seniors. I call them and can’t speak to a human. I go on chat and can’t get my issue resolve.

Horrible customer service. I sent my equipment back in may and paid the bill off, now i get a bill for $259 and there seems to be no way of talking to a person about it.

When I first switched over to Xfinity mobile and home internet services, speed was super fast. About after 9 months of services almost every hour or every other hour my internet from home and from my phone is super super slow or stops fully working. I’ve had someone come “fix” the problem and it is still the same issue. Changing companies.
