Service is good have problems for the last 5 years at my current address. Many of the service people do not know what they are doing or just don't want the find and fox the problem. That does not stop the company from increasing their prices

Internet drops out every 2 to 3 minutes everyday in the hot afternoon for the last several years. Technician said the issue was on a power pole down the road. He said he would get back to me but he never did. I inquired about the issue and never received any response. The subdivision is getting ready to sue the provider.

between 6/30/2023 and 9/20/23 i have experienced over 35 internet outages. they (optimum) have checked my system and said i needed a new modem. the tech never came . It has been three months ,now i have kept a log of the outages and sent it to them (optimum). I know that we are having dificult times now, and i feel like there is not any help coming from them. But do you know what? i still have to pay that monthly fee.
