Service was out for 18 days. After 2 weeks Technician arrived and ran temp cable across the lawn. Told at least 2 more weeks before proper fix can be done. Call for a credit for the 18 days of no service. They offered $2.47. Told them they could keep it. Call was elevated and then offered $19.00. Their offer doesn’t make sense. Throughout this process I have spent hours on the phone. Definitely not happy with Optimum. Wish there were more choices in my area.

Service is good have problems for the last 5 years at my current address. Many of the service people do not know what they are doing or just don't want the find and fox the problem. That does not stop the company from increasing their prices

Internet drops out every 2 to 3 minutes everyday in the hot afternoon for the last several years. Technician said the issue was on a power pole down the road. He said he would get back to me but he never did. I inquired about the issue and never received any response. The subdivision is getting ready to sue the provider.
