For the first year and a half it was great. For the last 5 months it’s more hassle than it’s worth. Internet constantly buffers or just stops. Sometimes reset helps for a little while, other times not. I’ve called customer support a dozen times and they say there’s nothing they can do because we are in a poor service area. HOWEVER, my adult son who lives with us also has T-Mobile internet, which he got 2 months ago and he has zero issues. I believe it’s a prioritization issue and we are on the bottom of the list.
