High Speed Internet in Mobile
You are a knowledgeable consumer and you're well aware of the importance of the internet in today's world; it seems that everything we do, from looking-up phone numbers to finding a family doctor to keeping in touch with family and friends, involves the internet. You also know that today's internet requires that the user connect at broadband speeds – websites and internet applications just don't work at dial-up speeds. And yet here you are, still using dial-up access to reach the internet – why haven't you made the move to high speed connectivity?
It's time you had a broadband internet connection – you know it and that's why you're at this website: you need a high speed internet service provider (ISP) and you need one now. Luckily, we can help you make that transition. We'll identify all of the ISPs serving Mobile, Alabama and then narrow the list to just those delivering broadband connections to your area of the city, based on an address that you provide. Then you can review the list, compare the offers, and decide which one is perfect for you and your household.
We know that you're going to love finally having a high speed connection – you're going to be thrilled to finally be doing the things on the internet that you can only dream about with your current dial-up access. You'll be able to download movies and TV shows to watch when you want, share photos and videos, upload and email large files, make phone calls, play real time games, engage in video chats, and spend time with friends through social networking sites. And you will be able to do these things – as well as thousands more – at incredible speeds.
You know that you and your family need to have broadband internet connectivity and you need it now. It's time to cancel your dial-up account and make the technological transition to high speed access – it's that simple. We're here and ready to help, but we need to hear from you – enter your address – the one where you want to have internet service – in the box above or give us a call and let's get started, today.

"Worst possible billing department. It's a wonder they can function at all with so many departments that don't speak to each other."

March 30, 2013Okay but pricey
"Their basic "hi speed" internet is about $30 a month and is Okay at best, it feels like dial-up speeds, cuts out constantly, and if you occasionally want to check FB and want to watch nextflix on the lowest quality then this would be your choice, but if you use the internet for things like online gaming, watching hi-res videos (netflix, youtube HD), etc. your only choice is to upgrade to their $60 plan which is pretty fast and reliable, but i would look to cable companies like charter to get better pricing and speeds. These are my personal opinions and encounters, others may have different standpoints on the service."

March 12, 2013Ridiculously good.
"A great price for fantastic speeds. More bandwidth than we could ever use and we're very heavy users with online FPS-heavy gaming, 2 devices streaming video and frequent downloading (often all simultaneously), we've never had a problem. No issues with billing, but we have their electric as well and have had to deal with customer service on that account and have been satisfied. Getting connected is super-easy and free as long as you keep the service for a year. We LOVE EPB!"

March 05, 2013I got their internet a while back
"I have had their internet for a while. Jumped for it when I found out they first released it in my town. Hooked right up. A few hickups here and there but reliable internet. Their service tends to not work well with youtube as I can tell. I currently have their 12mb upgraded from 6mb. They have great deals. Upload is very poor for the download speed."

March 04, 2013Insight and their monopoly
"Insight is the devil. They have a monopoly in Louisville, KY and abuse it to the fullest. The speeds are unreliable at best (I've hardly had a connection for the past 12 hours) and prices outrageous. Louisville deserves options!"
