Crap slow service, unlimited is not unlimited, regardless of what device you are using it will run your allotted amount out so fast. Company does not care for customer at all, crappy all the way around.

I recently moved to a rural area and Viasat said I would get 50 mbs and would have 100 GB for 120 a month. I had this provider for less than 1 week. Somehow they said I went through 100 GB in 4 days and when I called they were putting devices on my bill which is not even a smart device. I would of have to stream TV shows and movies at 4k def for 50 hours straight to hit a 100 GB cap. There is no way I "ran out of data." The customer service woman was rude and not hearing what I was saying. NEVER get this provider your better off using a Hotspot than this scamming company. I am amazed they are still around. Let them try to charge me I will dispute this with the quickness.

Horrible Internet service, I was promised high speed. What you actually get is a joke. I specifically told them I had three televisions, and at least five phones that I wanted to be accessed and have fast service. They assured me that that is what I was signing up for. Within one week I had used up all of our data which then made it even more slow. Only one TV could be used which buffered 75% of the day even customer service confirmed that the quality was poor I requested cancellation immediately they said I would have to pay For everything for two years I told him how could I pay for anything when I never actually had working service long story short never used it and it cost me over $700 to walk away I am a very dissatisfied customer who will never return. I am offering this information to warn others.

Do not go with viasat internet!! They are extremely high priced compared to other companies. I cancelled my service with them and had paid this months fee of $96 and some cents for 3 days of using it. I had no idea with out notice that the monthly fees had went up starting this month. ASKED FOR A REFUND BACK. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND BACK! THEY WON'T CANCEL UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE AGAIN. I already have a new company that came in today with better service for $60 00 a month. It's their contact no refunds which I did not know about. If you cancel make sure you do it by the new payment date. NO STARS AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY! Worse lying company ever!

I’m paying over $200 per month for the absolute crappiest internet service I’ve ever experienced. I used to pay $60/month for ATT fiber and no issues. I work from home so I specifically signed up for the “home office” package.. only to have to rely on my phone hotspot to work most of the time. I’m beyond frustrated with this speed and price. It should be free for how horrible it is.

Exorbitantly priced and exploitive. Viasat sales lies about service soeed and reliability to get you into a 2 year contract. Abysmal reliability. Horrible customer service.. Total lack of transparency. Expect an internet experience similar to a dial up telephony modem. That is, when it is functioning at its best. In the 8 months since installation, service technicians have returned six times to repair, adjust, or replace equipment. The technicians are contractors not employed by Viasat. Each time a service appointment was scheduled, the service tech contractors had no availability for a week, then canceled 1 day ahead of time, and rescheduled an additional week away. On the worst of such occasions this continued for four weeks, despite additional calls to Viasat each time. No internet at all is better than Viasat. I’m astonished this company still exists. It is criminal.

I don't know if this company feels like they should grant internet to low income families they are actually charging $300 for 300 gigs customer service support is rude!!
