Horrible Internet service, I was promised high speed. What you actually get is a joke. I specifically told them I had three televisions, and at least five phones that I wanted to be accessed and have fast service. They assured me that that is what I was signing up for. Within one week I had used up all of our data which then made it even more slow. Only one TV could be used which buffered 75% of the day even customer service confirmed that the quality was poor I requested cancellation immediately they said I would have to pay For everything for two years I told him how could I pay for anything when I never actually had working service long story short never used it and it cost me over $700 to walk away I am a very dissatisfied customer who will never return. I am offering this information to warn others.
This was the worst experience with any company. It never worked they would put me on hold or discount the call. When the bill was do they would say you need to pay before we can fix. This went on for 3 months before I canceled. It was a long process but I got the fee wavied.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE..
I was on the phone upgrading my internet
with Comcast for 2.5 hours wanted the 200 mbps plan for $35 as advertised. Got the 75 mbps for $40 through Comcast incompetent staff…. They can’t speak English and not helpful. Had me sign a contract saying it was formality and would be corrected in billing….. None of the corrections happened & now they say signed a contract and they can’t help me. Was on the phone for hours again today, and went to the local infinity office only to find out they can’t help me there- have to drive 100 miles to nearest customer service center.
What a rip off !!!! Never thought I could get had like this…. Very Upset in Mississippi
