Service has been horrific for over two years, consistent drops , T3 and T4 timeouts, over 15 techs to my house in that time period all giving a different excuse, 3 different modems ,two brand new, 3 FCC Complaints, 3 city complaints, and my bill keeps going up. When it does work , it works great. Old infrastructure and no improvements equals terrible service .
Our service jumped almost $27 in a year. You can't call and talk with anyone....push this button, push that button, finally get someone on the phone they can't help and switch you to another person....ONlY to get Disconnected! They are the worst company every to work with to get answers why your bill is going up...we need to have an investigation on their prices!
