My service is continually going out and I have to reset the router. Prices are continually going up. The speed is slow, so online gaming lags.

I canceled a spectrum mobile account while I still had a device payment plan on my tablet. When I canceled, I was told that the tablet would continue to be paid off with my auto-pay payments. When my card expired, they did not send me outstanding balance communications because the account was canceled. I called and paid the balance manually as well as updated my autopay information after I noticed it had missed a few months of payments. I was assured by their customer service representative that the account had not been sent to collections and that my balance had been paid in full. AFTER I updated my card, they did not even try to charge it. They sent a balance of FIVE DOLLARS to a collections agency. When I called for the second time, they told me that device payment plans don't exist if you don't have current cell service with them. That would have been great to hear from any of the three other representatives I had talked to previously.

I’ve had spectrum cable and internet for the last five years and the price has nearly doubled in that time despite my constantly reducing the services I paid for to keep the bill down. There’s been zero explanation for the almost monthly price increases. I finally dropped the cable today after I quit being able to change the channel and got YouTube TV for a lot cheaper with 3x as many channels. I will drop the internet as soon as I can find another provider. I hate spectrum with a passion.

Don't ever go through spectrum. First they deal with broad band which is corrupt. Second their prices are crazy and third but last their customer service is horrible! I asked for the summer pause to catch up things and they shut my stuff off and charged me for not returning their equipment like

Getting through to a representative is time consuming. They send email stating you have requested an upgrade when in fact they did the upgrade accross the board. So you spend time on the phone trying to find out why they say you requested. Prices keep going up...but no benefit to customers.

Starts out good but a few months into your service they start overcharging you by trying to take out money from your account before the due date and if you're someone that pays your bills by week to week it can make you short on your other bills or if you don't have enough in your account at the time they try to take out money for service before your due date they charge you overdraft fees so you're bill is higher.

The people are lovely and sadly, I have had quite a few communications because the service is consistently unreliable. It does me nongood to pay for 1000 Mbps when it only runs at 250 or even 500. I know you won't get 1000 but half? Completely frustrating when you work from home and you keep getting knocked off of business calls.
