I have had service for almost seven months, and this was the first time I had to have a technician out. He was amazing. Explained everything and left no trace of his stop. He fixed the problem and then some- I was so impressed.

I have had spectrum for many years. They are hands down the best internet provider. We received new equipment in the mail and our download speeds changed drastically. After attempting to fix it multiple times on our end without luck, contacted chat and was able to chat with a bot at first then a real person. It’s hard to understand the issue over chat so I was scheduled a visit the following day. Chris arrived exactly as stated when scheduled, used shoe covers and was very presentable. He new what he was doing and tried to explain may things to me that I had no idea about. Download speeds went from 16 to 300 with all new equipment he installed. It’s been a week now and equipment still running wonderfully. Thanks for the help. My only complaint is the cost, it went up again another 20$ and seems to go up little by little each month. It’s expensive but have tried many many different options including switching to tmobile, which was a horrible experience. I’m happy with spectrum and we are all able to watch and stream whatever we want without issues with buffering.

I upgraded to the gig and my WiFi signal got worse. My WiFi was great with the 400mbps router but I was paying $100 so I said I should be getting the gig if I’m already paying for. The new router causes a lot of buffer on my devices which I didn’t have with my previous setup. I asked the technician can he just give me my old setup back. He said they no longer use that router for home, it’s only for business now. So now I’m stuck with worse internet because I decided to upgrade. A technician came out and said my speeds and reading correctly but said I’d probably have to buy extenders or pods to get the quality I previously had.
