The speed is fantastic…when it wants to work. When I first signed up with spectrum, my bill was only $89.99, I’ve been with them for over a year now and it’s $115. Way to much for internet that goes out every couple of days.

We have TV, internet, and two phones with Spectrum. We were on an introductory plan for a year. I thought that was high but this month they went up $80.00 more. We are a retired couple. I am looking for something not as expensive.

We experience frequent long internet outages. Lately it's been out 2 or 3 times a week! I have noticed that the lines are being powered by gas generators in our neighborhood! But have not been able to get any answers from customer service about what is going on! This is not worth $89.99 a month!
