I was very happy with the quick turnaround time in resolving the issue with our internet. We have been Spectrum customers since they took over Bright House and customer service has always helped me when I needed them to and they always work with me on the charges as well as any issues that may arise.

Spectrum is okay, definitely not great but better than nothing. Spectrum is very reliable, in that their service almost never works in the mornings. I couldn’t tell you why, but it’s most mornings. It nearly never works on the weekends before noon. They send lots of messages, we keep wishing for service. We are quite rural and had Dish for a number of years. Dish was much more reliable but a bit more expensive. I wish I had Dish again. I wish I could watch morning shows again.
