I would give Spectrum a rating of 0 if I could. Terrible customer service, terrible technical support and most importantly, they do not know how to provide service. We had the techs out multiple times and they cannot figure out why the speed is inconsistent. We have the most expensive package they offer, spectrum business because we work from home. We have to keep switching to our hotspot on the phone which is much more reliable. I hate this company, wish there were alternatives.

Many of us are forced to use spectrum and they know it. Service is inconsistently priced. One month my bill was $35 the next $99 with no change in service! They won’t give you any notice. I also had my service crash so many times in the middle of my work day. When it’s working well it is very high speed so I will give them that.

Internet in and out every night. I believe they don’t have good structure when all the neighbors are using the internet.

As a. Small business owner trying to move to a new location. I’ve spent over 40 hours on the phone and in store. I have 3 residential and one business internet and mobiles with them. Well it’s been 11 days and I still don’t have reliable internet and my phone hasn’t shown up yet. So I have no phone, no phone number. Missed a bunch of work and am sitting with an empty building that I’m paying for because I can’t move my stuff in without having internet to work from. Please look for other options plus the service is horrible for their mobile. I just keep dropping calls for no reason. Horrible service and as a veteran I’d rather go to the VA than call spectrum for anything.
