It is out more than it’s on have 1 g service but only get on a good day half but pay for full phone is in lte mode all the time this company is out for the profit not the service to customers

Before you get Spectrum Internet, don’t. You don’t get near the internet speed you’re suppose to get. I pay for 1 gig and I get around 100 mbps. Then when you call them, they give you their excuses instead of help you. It’s crazy how they can scam people by not providing the service you pay for.

Called for help with problem. Call excellent help. However when I talked to sales to ask about bill different story. Big sales pitch. I told him and over and over I was not interested. He wouldn’t let it go and answer questions about my bill. I finally just hung up on him. Disgusting!

I got them on a promotion started out less than 50 bucks then within 2 years I'm at a $108 and they tell me I had a promotion for $8 and that's why my bill is only $100 a month for basic internet not good internet not great internet basic on top of it it glitches every now and then and it's not the greatest I called and tried to talk to them and they just keep putting me into other promotions and trying to do this and that and it's just not worth it they don't even tell you when they're increasing the rate they just do it

Never know if you have the Internet...most unreliable service. If you don't mind waiting a half a day to get your Internet to start working most definitely sign up with spectrum

Excellent response from technician Jamie this past week. He was tied up at a previous job and let us know a couple of times that he was running late but still coming. Arrived to see a line down and potentially difficult fix. He figured out what to do temporarily and arranged for permanent fix to happen. Pleasant and easy to work with.

Awful speeds both up and down, terribly inconsistent connection, expensive.. i cant list one single good thing about my experience with spectrum. Awful disgusting evil company running monopolies in areas with limited options.

Getting charged $120 after I turned my equipment into SPECTRUMS store is ridiculous. Please note that my billing cycle started on the 18th and I turned my equipment in and cancelled my service on the 17th for a PCS. I’ve been a spectrum customer for a long time and you’ve lost me. I will never utilize spectrum as an internet or phone provider anymore. Have a good day.
