My internet went down on a Sunday and the Technician came out within 6 hours and did a fantastic job logically troubleshooting and eliminating issues until he found a bad infeed coaxial cable from my supply box outside 200 feet from my house. He ran a new coaxial cable at 9PM on a Sunday night and fixed my problem. Vey good service and very knowledgeable on the entire system.

Customer Service and Spectrum App are great. Service connection is inconsistent with many interruptions being due to excessive ‘Service Maintenance’. Cost of internet service is relatively high.

The weakest link in my Spectrum service is with the phone. I just ignore the problem and don't get around to ask for a fix thinking that the problem might be the phone itself and not Spectrum's service.

My internet was interrupted. I contacted Spectrum office late in the evening, they had me swap hardware at the local Spectrum store, did not correct the problem. Contacted Spectrum cust serv next morning, they dispatched Jerry. he arrived within an hour, found and fixred the concern within 30 minutes.
